I started this blog to keep friends and family updated on what’s going on.  I’m a good 2200 miles away from some of them and I’m terrible at keeping in touch.  I live in Wyoming with two dogs, fish, and a lot of homebrewing equipment.  I homebrew mead and drink rum as often as possible.

Mead, dogs, rum, politics, religion, parks, and other odd bits from my life will pop up on this blog.

If you’re going to try mead, do yourself a favor and either brew your own or buy anything but Chaucer’s.  Trust me on this.
